高壓開關柜廠家

抽屜高度的模數為160mm。分為1/2單元，一單元、一又二分之一單元、2單元、3單元五個尺寸系列。單元回路額定電流400A及以下。

高壓開關柜廠家的抽屜改變僅在高度尺寸上變化，其寬度、深度尺寸不變。相同功能單元的抽屜具有良好的互換性。

每臺MCC柜最多能安裝11個一單元的抽屜或22個1/2單元的抽屜。

1/2單元抽屜與電纜室的轉接采用背板式結構ZJ-2型轉接件。

抽屜進出線根據電流大小采用不同片數的同一規格片式結構的接插件。

單元抽屜與電纜室的轉接電流分檔采用相同尺寸棒式或管式結構ZJ-1型轉接件。

抽屜面板具有分、合、實驗、抽出等位置的明顯標志。

抽屜單元有機械連鎖裝置。

1. The modulus of the drawer height is 160mm, including five dimensions series of 1/2 unit, one-unit, one and a half units, 2-unit and 3-unit. Unit circuit rated current is 400A and below.

2. The drawer is only changed in its height dimension, with width and depth dimensions unchanged. Drawers with the same function units feature good interchangeability.

3. Each MCC cabinet can be installed up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers.

4. Backplane ZJ-2 adapter is used for adapter coupling between 1/2-unit drawer and cable chamber

5. The connectors of various pieces in the sane specification and monolithic structure are used as incoming and outgoing lines of drawers according to the current size.

6. Rod or tube-type ZJ-1 adapter in the same size is used for adapter coupling between unit drawer and cable chamber by the current size

7. Drawer panel has obvious signs indicating the positions of “isolated”, “closing”, “test” and “draw-out”, etc.

8. Drawer unit is provided with mechanical interlock devices.
